Carol Evans is the founder and CEO of Working Mother Media. She is a working mom herself with two children, Robert and Julia Rose. Carol's first book, This Is How We Do It: The Working Mothers' Manifesto, was published and released April, 2006 by Hudson Street Press, a member of Penguin Group. Ms. Evans' history with Working Mother Media is a long and illustrious one. In 1979, she sold advertising for the test issue of Working Mother, then published by McCall's. During the next ten years, Carol grew advertising at Working Mother magazine from $100,000 to more than $14 million. She also helped to develop the well-known Working Mother 100 Best Companies initiative, which last year celebrated its 20th anniversary. From 1989 to 2001, she ran two publishing companies: Stagebill and Chief Executive. In 2001, she returned to Working Mother, buying the company just three weeks before September 11 and founding Working Mother Media. Since then she has announced several initiatives, including the Best Companies for Women of Color. In January of 2007, Working Mother Media acquired Public Affairs Group, Inc.— including Diversity Best Practices and Business Women's Network. This acquisition makes Carol's company the largest U.S. media company focused on diversity and the advancement of women.

Ms O’Neale brings passion, knowledge and insight when talking about her first book or her premier workshop topics. Rosalyn recently completed a prestigious 2-year appointment as the Executive Vice President of Diversity Initiatives for MTV Networks. Her work was documented in Harvard Business Review and resulted in receiving the 2004 CDO/CEO Team Award from Diversity Best Practices.

Rosalyn Taylor O’Neale is one of the nation’s preeminent speakers, educators and consultants on leadership, diversity and inclusion and race and gender.

Trudy is active in her church and community. She is particularly active in Special Olympics supporting her husband, Michael, who coaches multiple Special Olympic sports. Ms. Dixon-Kheir is especially passionate about being a catalyst for change in the areas of career development and advancement of Women and multicultural talent in organizations. Ms. Dixon-Kheir serves as Senior Faculty with COACH ME, and has been a member of the faculty team for the Fellows in Change Management and the Minority Leadership Development Programs at Johns Hopkins University. She has a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Sam Rubino is the Head of Employee Network Programs for Citi. He works in the Global Workforce Diversity Department and is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of local network groups. He also interacts with local Human Resources and employee network leaders to form, launch and guide the operations of the diversity-focused groups. Sam joined Citi in 1973 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. His roles have included retail banking operations, training, human resources generalist assignments, employee relations and diversity management. Sam’s business assignments have included Consumer businesses, the Private Bank, Asset Management and the Corporate Center.

Sam serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Child Care, Inc, a not-for-profit child-care advocacy, and research and referral agency serving the needs of parents in the New York City Metro area. He also serves on the National Advisory Board of the Gender Public Advocacy Coalition, a group that focuses on ending gender and gender-identity based discrimination. Sam also does volunteer work for the New York City Gay and Lesbian Anti-Violence Project.

Ms. Tang is an educator with special interest in diversity and inclusion. Trained in organizational culture assessment and change process management, diversity training and cross-cultural communications, she is also experience in business operations and large-scale project management. Her diverse background includes teaching, counseling, journalism, strategic planning, workforce integration consulting.  She is conversant in multiple dialects of Chinese.

Ms. Tang is a certified counselor and holds an advance degree in Business Administration and a doctorate in Educational Psychology. She is a Founding Sister and Executive Board member of the Asian Women in Leadership Network, which originated at the Working Mother Media Women of Color National Conference in 2004. She represented The Society of Human Resource Management as a delegate to China in December 2006. She is a member of Organizational Development Networks of New York and New Jersey, Asian Women in Business, National Association of Asian American Professionals, World Futurist Society. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Charles B. Wang Community Health Center and contributes her time and expertise to LEAP (Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics). She formerly served as a research panelist for the Government University Industry Research Roundtable (GUIRR) of the National Academies.

Nadine O. Vogel is President of Springboard Consulting LLC based in Mendham, NJ.  Springboard is dedicated to providing businesses innovative, revenue generating marketing strategies as well as internal productivity/retention strategies (Diversity/Work-Life) that both target and support the one third of the U.S. population that either has a disability or has a child or other dependent with special needs. She is also the producer of the Disability Matters Awards Banquet and Conference, which honors those firms that are making great strides in the areas of marketing, work-life and diversity as it pertains to the special needs population. Vogel has authored numerous articles and is an internationally recognized advisor and speaker on a variety of topics. 
 
Recognized for her civic and professional activities, Vogel has received many awards and accolades from a variety of sources including the NJ Broadcasters Assn, Who’s who, Fast Company Magazine, Working Mother Magazine.  Nadine serves on numerous Boards and has been featured in the media on NBC News, Lifetime, Oxygen TV and more. Vogel received an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA and a BS in Industrial Psychology from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.  She resides in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters, both of whom have special needs.
