Who? Diversity Professionals, Network and Affinity Group Leaders, Human Resources Executives, Diversity and HR Trainers and Experienced Facilitators.
Qualifications? We want Diversity Professionals and ERG Leaders with workplace stories and best practices tips, tricks and how-to's to share. We want Facilitators who can get the best out of their panels, who can lead a fascinating dialogue but stay on topic while digging out the wisdom that the audience needs. We want Corporate Leaders—new and seasoned veterans--who can inspire, who can share all the tools and tricks that they use to develop their organization, communicate effectively and embrace innovation.
The 2009 NALC format has been revised, based on attendee evaluations. This year, the conference is designed to reach and teach. Each workshop has two parts. In Part 1, a facilitator and one or two presenters will teach and discuss the finer points of their topic. In Part 2, the facilitator and speakers will work with attendees to solve actual problems using the tips and tools they discussed in Part 1.
ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE: NOW Through December 10!
